Cube Integrity
Minimum 90% of cubes intact after processing — they stay separate, not collapsed into pulp.
Sun-ripened Egyptian tomatoes, peeled and cut into firm cubes. Built to survive the pan: the pieces stay separate and hold their edges through cooking instead of melting into the sauce.

A diced tomato is only worth paying for if it still looks diced when it reaches the plate. We cut from firm, peeled fruit selected to hold its structure, so the pieces stay defined through retorting, reheating and long service.
Diced Tomatoes: Diced Peeled Tomatoes (60%), Tomato Juice (40%).
Calcium Chloride (E509, firming agent) can be included or omitted — specify at order.
