Welcome to Saporina. By accessing, browsing, or using this website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership

All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of Saporina or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Saporina grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this Site.

You May

Download or print one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

You May Not

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or intellectual property obtained from this Site.
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Use Saporina's logo or other proprietary graphics without express written permission.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

Saporina strives to be as accurate as possible in describing our products and manufacturing network. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, nutritional information, or other content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Note on Specifications: Technical specifications for our B2B partners are governed by specific commercial contracts, not by the general information provided on this Site.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any material that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

7.2 Aggregate Cap

Saporina's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100) or, where you have a separate commercial agreement with Saporina, the amount payable under that agreement during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

7.3 Carve-Outs — Liability Saporina Cannot Disclaim

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Saporina's liability for any of the following, where such limitation or exclusion would be unenforceable under applicable law:

  • death or personal injury caused by Saporina's negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • gross negligence or willful misconduct;
  • any liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian Civil Code, the EU Product Liability Directive 85/374/EEC (where applicable), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or other mandatory consumer-protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saporina, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your Internet account.

9. Modifications

Saporina reserves the right to make changes to our Site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saporina concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether electronic, oral, or written.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No failure or delay by Saporina in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right, power, or privilege. A single or partial exercise of any right does not preclude any other or further exercise of it.

11.4 Force Majeure

Saporina will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, embargo, supply-chain disruption, labor dispute, telecommunications or power outage, or third-party hosting failure.

11.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Saporina's prior written consent. Saporina may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.

11.6 Termination

Saporina may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including Sections 2, 7, 8, 11, and 12) will so survive.

11.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are for the benefit of you and Saporina only and do not confer any rights on any third party.

11.8 Notices & Electronic Communications

Any notice required to be given by Saporina under these Terms may be delivered by email, by a posting on the Site, or by certified mail to the address you have provided. You consent to receive electronic communications as a satisfactory substitute for written communications under all applicable laws.

12. Copyright Complaints & Notice of Infringement

Saporina respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material accessible on or from the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice of claimed infringement to our designated agent under the procedure below. Saporina will respond consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512), the EU Copyright Directive 2019/790, and Egyptian IP Law 82/2002 (Articles 138 and following), as applicable.

12.1 Required Information in a Notice

Your notice must contain substantially all of the following:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, where multiple).
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Saporina to locate it (e.g., the specific URL).
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Saporina will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material upon receipt of a properly-formed notice. Repeat infringers will have their access to the Site terminated.

13. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and economic-sanctions laws and regulations — including, without limitation, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774), the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, the EU Dual-Use Regulation 2021/821, and the UK Export Control Order 2008.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country, region, or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S., EU, UK, or United Nations;
  • you are not on any list of persons subject to economic sanctions or export-control restrictions, including the U.S. OFAC SDN List, the EU Consolidated List, or the UK OFSI Consolidated List;
  • you will not use the Site or any content obtained through it in connection with any prohibited end-use, including weapons of mass destruction, military intelligence, or terrorism.

Saporina is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We design and maintain this Site to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the EU Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public-sector websites, and the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III standards as currently applied to commercial websites.

14.1 What we provide

  • Full keyboard navigation across all interactive elements with a visible focus indicator.
  • Skip-to-main-content link on every page (WCAG 2.4.1).
  • Semantic HTML landmarks (main, nav, header, footer, aside) and ARIA labelling where landmarks alone are insufficient.
  • Color contrast at or above 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and graphical UI components.
  • Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference.
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality (WCAG 1.4.4).
