What is the difference between cloudy and clear lemon juice concentrate?

Cloudy lemon juice concentrate keeps the natural pulp and cloud of the fruit, so it looks and tastes like freshly squeezed lemon. It suits cloudy lemonades, iced teas, sauces and dressings. Clear lemon juice concentrate is clarified and filtered, so it stays transparent in a clear soft drink, syrup or water enhancer and can be used as a natural source of acidity without changing how a product looks.

What does 400 GPL or 500 GPL mean?

GPL stands for grams per litre and is the standard way the industry grades lemon juice concentrate by its acidity. 400 GPL is the most common trading grade. 500 GPL is a stronger concentrate, which means less volume to ship and store for the same amount of lemon acidity.

Which lemon formats does Saporina offer?

Three formats: single-strength NFC lemon juice, cloudy lemon juice concentrate in low-pulp or regular-pulp versions, and clear (clarified) lemon juice concentrate. Both concentrates are available at 400 GPL or 500 GPL. Detailed specifications are available on request.

How is Saporina lemon juice packed and stored?

All formats are aseptically filled into bag-in-drum (220 L steel drums) and, for smaller users, aseptic bags with a fixed spout in 5 to 20 L. Aseptic product ships and stores at ambient temperature. A frozen option is available on request.

What is the minimum order?

Is the product Halal, vegan and preservative-free?
